second stay at an amari hotel in bayan lepas, and it exceeded expectations. clean, comfy room with lovely views. staff friendly and helpful. convenient in-room dining service, ample breakfast spread, and close proximity to SPICE arena. cons: requested amenities took ages long to deliver.

The service was top-notch from housekeeping to front desk. the view of Penang bridge and Setia Park from my room was stunning! the room had thoughtful touches like USB chargers and a Nespresso machine. the outdoor dining area felt like a holiday spot. the bed was super comfy and the hotel was conveniently close to SPICE Arena and Setia SPICE Convention Centre. Overall, a fantastic stay with modern facilities and great staff.

I stay at a hotel 10km from an airport, closest to the industrial hub, with no laundry service. Arrival? A mess! Room mix, up & unmade beds. Service? Dismal , delayed laundry & breakfast fuss. Stains on linens, cold meals, limited choices. a funny twist , team struggled with simple requests! Flooded bathroom added a splash to my stay. Not for perfectionists but a tolerable pit stop for weary nomads like me. Cheers to firmer pillows next time! .

the room design was on point, with a beautiful color scheme and thoughtful details like a rotating TV and open concept wardrobe. the breakfast place was comfy, and though there was a slight smell coming from the toilet bowl, it didn't ruin the overall experience - we just improvised by spraying some shampoo in it. 😊.

Staying here was a luxurious experience. This hotel has exclusive amenities such as its infinity pool and spa center that provide a relaxing and indulgent atmosphere. the spacious and comfy rooms were fully equipped with private facilities to meet my every need. It was a great advantage to have a restaurant and bar area with tasty food and drinks for in-room breakfast or poolside snack bar service. the location granted me a breathtaking view from my room of the surrounding garden area and green environment.

The only minor issue is the remote location from George Town, but it was a pleasant escape from tourist crowds. This hotel provides an excellent service and epitomizes an ideal, modern retreat with an outdoor swimming pool, massage and wellness center, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas.

The hotel has a modern and stylish décor, with copper accents and a thoughtful design that makes the stay comfortable and practical. the staff is amazing, going the extra mile to make guests' stay more enjoyable. Location is also a plus, with key attractions nearby. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the infused drinking water available at the reception and pool.

In terms of cleanliness, technical operations, and PWD-friendliness. We found some used items in our room, and the shower faucet was quite sensitive and slow to react.

We found our anniversary celebration at Amari to be absolutely delightful. The room was beautifully adorned with balloons, rose petals, and towel swans, which made us feel truly appreciated. The gym was well-equipped and the infused drinking water at the reception and pool was a nice touch. our stay was memorable and enjoyable.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is not far from the airport and away from the congested downtown city area. The rooms are clean and dust-free, and there is even a welcome snack in the room to make you feel welcomed. The staff at the Amaya Restaurant are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

There seems to be some issues with the bathroom facilities, as some guests experienced a blocked drain which led to flooding. This is something that needs improvement.
