Best hotel we've ever stayed in! Travelled a lot but Ambong truly stands out. Amazing room, people, food, and unmissable spa. Vegan cafe is a must, even if you're not vegan. Staff organized a lovely island hopping trip. They make you feel like family and made our anniversary special. Location is excellent near Pantai Tengah beach, shops, and restaurants. Canopy Studio is beautiful with ocean view and wildlife. Shuttle service was a great help. Cooking class was wonderful. Hope to visit again!

During my stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I had an accident before arriving and needed a wheelchair, which the hotel didn't have. However, they quickly arranged for one to be available by the next day. The staff, especially Putra and Lee, were thoughtful and friendly, making every effort to ensure that my stay was as normal as possible. Additionally, the hotel facilities were amazing, the room had beautiful views, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel provided excellent service and a great experience.

We had an exceptional stay at Ambong Rainforest Retreat. The rainforest studio provided us with a breathtaking view and the room itself was perfect. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we loved dining at the Rimba Restaurant with its incredible view. The staff treated us with warmth and made us feel special throughout our stay. We even had the opportunity to spot wildlife like macaques, dusky leaf monkeys, black squirrels, and hornbills right from our room. It was truly a memorable experience and if we ever return to Langkawi, we will definitely choose Ambong Rainforest Retreat again. highly recommended.
