Had an amazing time staying at this hotel! the breakfast and lunch spreads featured a wide range of delicious options. the beds are cozy and the rooms are very well maintained. the staff couldn't have been more polite and attentive. the hotel's location was perfect, as it allowed us to avoid the usual traffic and noise while still being close to various attractions. It was also great to have access to limited parking space.

While most of the experience was positive, we did have a few issues with the in-room WiFi, which was hit and miss, and the electronic sign for "Do not Disturb" and "Please Make Up My Room" not working properly. we would have preferred a stand shower instead of a bathtub to prevent any mishaps, and it would have been helpful if the hotel could clarify whether buffet or ala carte lunch options were available for guests.

During our stay at a hotel in Malacca, we were impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms. The price was reasonable, especially considering it was a new hotel. The facilities were mostly good, although it was a bit inconvenient to not have a designated carpark for guests. However, the hotel staff was quick to respond when we reported cleanliness issues in the room, and the housekeeping team did a good job of rectifying the situation promptly. we had a pleasant experience at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the shopping area and tourist attractions. You can easily explore the city on foot. The room was impressive with comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom. The hotel's breakfast spread was not to be missed, very satisfying. Staffs were always attentive and friendly. Complimentary drinks for two at the hotel's rooftop bar was a great addition. The decor was sophisticated with plush carpeted flooring.

The swimming pool area was not large enough for the size of the hotel.

The location was a bit out of the town area, and there was no view. Although the non-smoking room had no smoke smell, the corridor had a strong odor that was unpleasant.
