We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated on an artificial grass pathway in the main area of the city. It was so convenient to get to KL city center and we loved being near Publika mall. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the grocery shopping service. The room amenities were excellent, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and mini-bar. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and dryer in the room, which was a lifesaver for us. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and dining table. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep. We also enjoyed spending time in the garden area, which had comfortable garden furniture. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

As young people, we loved the variety of in-room amenities at Ami Suites. They had everything we needed and even provided extras like phone chargers, which was super useful. Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel with my family. the complementary coffee in our room was a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also appreciated the convenient on-site café for quick breakfasts. the room itself was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city skyline.

We spent so much time waiting for lifts that were packed and had poor ventilation. the staff limited us to only one water bottle per person and charged extra for more, which didn't feel very hospitable.
