We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning location of the hotel. The beach was exceptionally beautiful, and the clear sea water was perfect for swimming. It was a quiet and serene environment, surrounded by lush tropical forests. The staff at the hotel were also very polite and took the time to explain everything we asked.

One of the downsides of the hotel was its distance from other places of interest in the area. It was quite far from any external amenities, so it was necessary to stock up on supplies beforehand.

Friendly staff, generous with towels, warmer for in-room dining, beautiful location with wildlife sightings, attentive staff, lovely and well-maintained rooms.

I had the most luxurious family retreat at The Andaman. The deluxe room with its queen-sized beds was perfect for our family of three. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom, with its tub and rain shower, felt like a spa. The daily cleaning and turn-down service were a delightful touch. The hotel's half-board package was worth it, especially the delicious local dishes at the Tepian Laut Malaysian restaurant and the incredible seafood at Jala. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying. The staff went above and beyond, from the manager arranging cold medicine for our daughter to the hair stylist giving a professional haircut. The remote location was a perfect escape from everyday life. I highly recommend this luxury family retreat.

Nestled in a quiet bay in the lush rainforest, this resort provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the tropical rainforest. The service is top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The resort also boasts a stunning beach right on its doorstep, perfect for relaxation and fun activities.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The room was spacious with high-end facilities and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had delicious food and drinks, and the staff were exceptional at their service. The private facilities were also top-notch, adding to the exclusivity of the stay. The location advantage was great too as it provided a serene and peaceful environment.

The only minor issue was the lack of a sauna, which would have been a great addition to the already fantastic swimming pool and outdoor facilities. However, this was not a major negative for me as most of my time was spent indulging in the luxurious and exclusive amenities provided by the hotel.

The Andaman is a huge resort with great facilities, impressive food, helpful and friendly staff, and interesting wildlife.

Located in a rainforest, with a clean beach and calm water. Breakfast has a wide variety of options. Good food at all restaurants, reasonably priced. Great for kids, with pool access and activities like snorkeling and kayaking. Friendly and attentive staff.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location surrounded by jungle. The staff was kind and friendly, and we received complementary drinks and cold towels upon arrival. The beach was stunning, with soft sand, and we were able to enjoy water activities like paddle boarding.

The rooms had a humid and muggy feel, and the monkeys were a nuisance and could even get into the minibar if the balcony was left open. The food at some of the restaurants was subpar, with soggy rice and mixed-up orders.

My Hidden Gem in the midst of a rainforest experience at this 5-star resort was absolutely incredible! Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing cold towel and drink, setting the tone for a memorable stay. The staff members were exceptional, ensuring every aspect of my trip was nothing less than awesome. The pool area was clean, the beach area was relaxing with plenty of loungers, and the beach bar offered delicious cocktails. The complimentary nature walks allowed me to witness the abundant wildlife around the resort, perfect for nature lovers. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities expected from a luxury resort. The rainforest setting was truly breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife. I was able to snorkel in the clear waters and indulge in the spa, which was a great way to unwind. The location and setting were perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. I highly recommend this hidden gem in the midst of a rainforest for an unforgettable stay.
