Staying here was a truly blissful experience! the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to suggest great dinner spots. the room was spacious with a stunning sea view from the balcony. the in-room dining was top-notch, and the bar area had a great atmosphere for a relaxing drink. the sunset view from the restaurant was simply breathtaking!

While the overall experience was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. the food seemed overcooked and stale, which was unexpected for a high-class resort like this.

The blend of relaxation and breathtaking views at Angsana Teluk Bahang was exceptional. the sea-facing room provided a wonderful sensation, and the ease of navigating the facility made our stay stress-free. the pool area and nearby landmarks like the Toy Museum and ESCAPE Theme Park were perfect for family bonding. the spa and infinity pool enhanced our enjoyment, while the serene atmosphere away from the city's buzz was truly a delight. the prompt service and delightful beach access added to the overall excellent experience.

For a leisurely retreat, my stay at this hotel was rejuvenating. the sea-view rooms offered a stunning panorama. Noteworthy were the attentive staff at the kids club and the gorgeous infinity pool. the extensive beach was clean, and the breakfast service exceeded expectations. Special mention to Mr Charlie at the front desk for his exceptional service.

The room was spacious. Seaview was really beautiful. It’s a sunset view. One night, as I gazed out from the balcony watching the sun dip into the sea, I felt like I was in a painting, a masterpiece of nature unfolding before me.

loved the squeaky-clean rooms with a sea view. nestled close to Sasha n team - perfect for sunset views. got a sweet ride back when we got stranded. lovely staff made us feel genuinely at home too.

I selected this hotel for a work training due to its upscale meeting spaces and picturesque outdoor locations overlooking the sea. the efficient check-in process and delightful amenities added to my productive stay.

The room was awesome, with a comfortable bed and an amazing bath that added a touch of luxury to our stay. Housekeeping was top-notch, always making sure our room was clean and tidy. The restaurant staff were also friendly and attentive, making our dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast was good, especially the delicious cup of hot Teh Tarik. Although there could have been more Oriental food choices, overall it was a satisfying meal.

We were disappointed after paying a premium price for our stay. Despite requesting for two "Premier Room - King" next to each other and on a high floor, we were given rooms on the lowest possible floor.

We had a great Easter stay at this hotel. the staff was very welcoming and friendly, offering complimentary treats upon our arrival and checkout. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Our room had a beautiful view and was equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. the hotel also had excellent facilities, including a pool and fitness center, which we made good use of.

We found the prices of the on-site dining options to be quite expensive. some of the dishes didn't meet our expectations in terms of taste.

The service was amazing, with friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options with a view of the infinity pool and the ocean. The hotel also had clean and beautiful beach access as well as two swimming pools to choose from.

The broken lift that wasn't fixed within 24 hours.

As young families, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with complete facilities like a microwave, hob, and hood in the room. The direct access to the beach was convenient, and the infinity pool offered a great view. The staff, especially Azizam, Isahak, and Zaini, were friendly and took great care of us throughout our stay. The breakfast team worked hard to fulfill everyone's requirements, even during peak season, replenishing food as quickly as possible.

Felt right at home instantly, no complaints.

I was impressed with the pristine swimming pool, outdoor sun loungers, and beach access. the in, room breakfast service was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options available to satisfy all dietary preferences. the restaurant and bar provided a great atmosphere with live entertainment. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, with a range of treatments available including full body massages, facials and body wraps.

The only minor issue I experienced with this hotel was that the air conditioning in the room was too cold, even with the thermostat adjusted. this did not detract from the overall luxury experience.
