The room was awesome, with a comfortable bed and an amazing bath that added a touch of luxury to our stay. Housekeeping was top-notch, always making sure our room was clean and tidy. The restaurant staff were also friendly and attentive, making our dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast was good, especially the delicious cup of hot Teh Tarik. Although there could have been more Oriental food choices, overall it was a satisfying meal.

We were disappointed after paying a premium price for our stay. Despite requesting for two "Premier Room - King" next to each other and on a high floor, we were given rooms on the lowest possible floor.

We had a great Easter stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, offering complimentary treats upon our arrival and checkout. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Our room had a beautiful view and was equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a pool and fitness center, which we made good use of.

We found the prices of the on-site dining options to be quite expensive. some of the dishes didn't meet our expectations in terms of taste.

The breakfast venue had a great atmosphere, with delicious food and eye-catching presentation. The staff was incredibly helpful, even providing a last-minute birthday cake and personalized card.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the hilly areas with great sunset views. The room had a beautiful sea view and was equipped with two TVs, two sinks, and a luxurious bathtub. The service was amazing, with friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options with a view of the infinity pool and the ocean. The hotel also had clean and beautiful beach access as well as two swimming pools to choose from.

The broken lift that wasn't fixed within 24 hours.

As young families, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with complete facilities like a microwave, hob, and hood in the room. The direct access to the beach was convenient, and the infinity pool offered a great view. The staff, especially Azizam, Isahak, and Zaini, were friendly and took great care of us throughout our stay. The breakfast team worked hard to fulfill everyone's requirements, even during peak season, replenishing food as quickly as possible.

Felt right at home instantly, no complaints.

The exclusive amenities offered by this hotel are truly luxurious. I was impressed with the pristine swimming pool, outdoor sun loungers, and beach access. The in-room breakfast service was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options available to satisfy all dietary preferences. The restaurant and bar provided a great atmosphere with live entertainment. The Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, with a range of treatments available including full body massages, facials and body wraps. The treatment rooms were very relaxing and well-appointed.

The only minor issue I experienced with this hotel was that the air conditioning in the room was too cold, even with the thermostat adjusted. However, this did not detract from the overall luxury experience.
