I had a wonderful stay at Ascott Sentral. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the SKY bus station and Nu Sentral shopping mall. The room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing me to cook if I wanted. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure my son and I could enjoy the swimming pool after it had closed. The view from my room was also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and great amenities.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with easy access to major transportation hubs such as the train station and bus stop. The room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for self-catering during a long stay. The staff was warm and friendly, even going the extra mile to deliver food and surprise gifts for special occasions. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location near KL Sentral station and Brickfields was incredibly convenient for both public transportation and exploring the ethnic quarters. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel like a returning family member. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to the main shopping centers downtown, which was a great perk. Despite a few minor inconveniences with the shower head and breakfast options, I would highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and high standards. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely book here again on my next trip to KL.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the room was large, bright, and clean, exceeding our expectations. the location in Brickfields was perfect, especially as it was near the station. the senior maintenance staff promptly resolved an issue with our window and even offered to move us to another room. This made our stay stress-free. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel sent us doughnuts for my birthday. the overall experience was great, thanks to the spacious and luxurious apartment, refreshing swimming pool, and excellent value for money.
