Comfortable bed, clean room, spacious bathroom. Nice street view. Quiet at night. Polite and helpful staff.

The reception staff were lovely and tried to be helpful. the room was small which made the air-con very efficient. the location was fantastic, with several cafes and restaurants nearby. the hotel has parking bays for guests, which was convenient during my business trip. the lady at reception spoke good English and was very welcoming. I enjoyed the clean and nicely designed room, with two big windows that let in natural light.

There were some issues with cleanliness, as I found multiple strains of hair on certain surfaces and a thick layer of dust on the ventilation fan. the bathroom floor also had a layer of grime around the gullytrap.

Great location near famous attractions, easy transportation options, clean rooms and facilities, helpful staff, charming and renovated building with character.

We had a lovely stay at Zamburger Ban Loong - Previously Ban Loong. the hotel is very peaceful and beautifully decorated with exposed brickwork. Our room was clean and had thoughtful touches. Even though we had a room with a shared bathroom, we hardly saw any other guests, so it felt like we had it to ourselves. the staff were kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location is good, with easy access to a recommended Indian restaurant and other attractions in the old town. We also appreciated having access to drinking water.

The rooms were spotless and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, close to bars, cafes, and sights. Free water refill and communal area. Got upgraded to better rooms twice.

Loved waking up to the heavenly scent of white coffee. The heritage restoration was impressive. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and convenient parking.

So sad I couldn't find anything to complain about. It was just perfect, you know.

During our 5-month travel, Hotel Zamburger Ban Loong was one of our best stays. The lovely family-owned establishment provides great hospitality. The owner genuinely cares about guests' well-being. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning and windows. The comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. The shared bathrooms have hot showers and are well-maintained. Additionally, the location is fantastic, close to transportation options and numerous activities.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
