The room was stunning, with all the modern amenities and luxurious furnishings that I could dream of. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the magnificent skyline of the city. I also had a spacious bathroom with a huge bath tub, complete with bath foam and salts for a truly indulgent experience. The breakfast, served on the 58th floor with a view of the iconic twin towers, was a perfect way to start the day. The portions were generous and the variety of options satisfied my palate. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as a slight delay in room service and a temporary issue with the air conditioning setting, the staff at Banyan Tree were apologetic and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the Petronas towers from the rooftop bar. You're right in the heart of the city, close to everything including the Pavilion mall. The rooms are classy and roomy, with little touches like essential oils and incense sticks to help you relax. The staff are exceptional, with polite and attentive service from check-in to room service. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, are top-notch. It's definitely worth every penny!

The selection of non-Chinese food at breakfast could be improved.

I also loved the option to choose a room scent, adding a personal touch to my stay. The hotel's location, just a link bridge away from Pavilion, was convenient.

The staff were incredibly attentive and respectful, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was outstanding, with a high-tech toilet that was a novel experience. The view from the breakfast area was breathtaking, and the food was delicious. The location was ideal, just steps away from popular shopping areas and attractions.

The breakfast lacked variety, with limited options that seemed to cater more towards Chinese and locals. This aspect of our experience did detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel provided us with exceptional service. We were greeted warmly and provided with a refreshing welcome drink. the luxurious amenities, including the spa center and pool with a view, were exactly what we were looking for. the restaurant served delicious food that catered to our dietary needs.

Despite the attentive service, we found it difficult to operate some of the room amenities and would have appreciated more clear instructions.
