I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The free breakfast was a great start to my day, and the mini fridge in the room was a nice bonus. I had a wonderful experience at Batik Boutique and would highly recommend it.

The room was designed with great detail. The bathroom was spacious and came with quality amenities. The included breakfast had several options to choose from. The hotel's shuttle service to the airport was free and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The Wi-Fi in our room did not work most of the time. The mini fridge was not functioning and despite two requests for service, no one responded. We ended up paying more for the wildlife cruise because the driver did not have change.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Comfy bed and great shower. Tasty breakfast. Ethnically decorated with an open-air courtyard. Private dining for breakfast. Flexible management. Environmentally friendly practices.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is situated near the Kuching waterfront and close to a bus station that provides easy access to Bako National Park. There are also some really amazing restaurants in the surrounding area, offering a great dining experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-lit atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, making sure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and of good quality. The hotel also offered facilities such as a shuttle service and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The maintenance of the hotel could be improved to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.
