The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff are friendly and offer excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The location in the center of Labuan island is perfect, with easy access to the shopping mall and other attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The breakfast selection is satisfying and will start your day off right.

The hotel could improve on its WiFi connection.

I had a great time staying at Beta Service Apartment. The living hall was spacious and perfect for gathering with my family. The view from the apartment was stunning, especially overlooking the swimming pool. The convenience of having a shopping mall nearby was a bonus. The location was convenient and we were able to find food easily. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room.

We were not impressed with the room. The AC was not up to par and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
