We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right opposite the Masjid Jamek train station and very near to the Central Market. It was incredibly convenient for accessing public transport and exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we felt secure with the presence of a security guard. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary luggage room where we could safely store our belongings while we traveled around Malaysia for a month. this hotel provided excellent service and made our stay in this city truly enjoyable.

The location was unbeatable, as it was close to China Town and only a short walk away from the metro station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and visit popular shopping areas like Pavilion and Suria KLCC. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us with any requests we had. The rooms were spacious enough for a few days' stay and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the good air conditioning.

Additionally, Chinatown and the Jamek mosque were just a short distance away. We also appreciated the convenience of having a breakfast option available, with a McDonald's located downstairs. The location of Big M was incredibly convenient, right next to the MRT station and within walking distance to various eateries like McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my luggage at the property for the whole day. the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio with its stunning view of the city.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, with a metro station just a stone's throw away. Being close to the train station made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room was tastefully decorated and the furniture was well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing a shared iron board and iron on each floor. The nearby area was filled with supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies, making it easy to find everything we needed.

One downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, which caused some inconvenience for us as we had a toddler and needed to store his food.

the location of our stay at Big M in KL was perfect, with the LRT station just steps away and lots of food options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long journey. The rooftop terrace was a great bonus too.
