The rooms have a view overlooking a pond and are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the buffet food is decent.

The river tours could be longer and explore more tributaries for a more immersive rainforest experience.

The lodge offers a variety of activities, including morning cruises, hikes, and night walks through the forest. The food is delicious, with a good variety of options, including seafood. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with working AC. The staff are knowledgeable about the wildlife and are great at spotting animals. The lodge is a fantastic place to see wild orangutans, crocodiles, otters, and a variety of bird species. It is a great experience for families with kids.

The location of the resort was stunning, nestled in the heart of nature with beautiful surroundings. the peaceful and zen atmosphere provided the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. the resort also offered an opportunity to take part in exciting activities such as night walks and river cruises, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the jungle experience. Plus, the availability of refillable drinking water was a great eco-friendly initiative.

One major downside of the resort was the limited food options and cold dinner buffet, which left much to be desired. the shower facilities were not up to par, with warm water running out quickly and often turning cold.

We had an incredible experience at the Borneo Natural Sukau Bilit Resort. the location was amazing, nestled under the forest canopy, and we saw some remarkable wildlife during our well-organized and guided boat rides. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation, although a bit pokey and dark, was clean and comfortable. the pick-up service for the accommodation was very convenient, and we particularly enjoyed the interesting walk into the village with our knowledgeable guide.
