The hotel is situated in a serene environment, surrounded by a beautiful green landscape and close to a university. the staff was helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to fulfil requests.

The room was not well-maintained and cleaned, with noticeable dust and stains. some amenities such as shower liquid were not available in some rooms.

Located within a quiet university compound, the accommodation building of Marmoris House offers a spacious and peaceful environment. The part-time student staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going the extra mile to arrange for me to stay beside my friend's room. I will definitely choose this place again whenever I visit Terengganu.

The surrounding area is convenient, with several cheap restaurants nearby that offer delicious local cuisine. There is also a spacious ground where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, as mentioned by other guests.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. There was dust everywhere, stained carpets, and dirty walls in some rooms.

The location of Marmoris House is fantastic, nestled in a quiet and spacious area surrounded by the university campus. It creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The staff, particularly a helpful part-time student, went above and beyond to accommodate my request to stay next to my friend's room. Their dedication and willingness to clean the room after just a few hours of use impressed me. I would highly recommend Marmoris House for its wonderful location and attentive staff.
