The location is perfect, with easy access to Pavilion Shopping mall and other shopping centers. The in-room dining service was good, although the menu was not readily available. The spacious rooms and amazing interior design provide excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser in Bukit Bintang. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave us a room upgrade. The room itself was beautiful and the beds were big and comfortable. The hotel's location is great, just a short walk to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. The facilities, including the gym and infinity pool, were all well-maintained and enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The housekeeping at Capri By Fraser, Bukit Bintang was top-notch. They always ensured that the room was spotless, with clean linens and towels. However, there were some minor issues with not replenishing bottled water and coffee pods consistently.

While there were a few minor drawbacks during our stay, such as some issues with the concierge not being readily available when we checked in and certain breakfast items lacking quality, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. I would highly recommend Capri By Fraser, Bukit Bintang for its convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The hotel location is convenient for those who are looking to explore the city as everything is within walking distance. the fresh pastries served during breakfast were delicious and a great start to the day. the hotel had a lovely pool area and modern gym for guests to enjoy.

The lack of proper housekeeping was a major letdown, as my room was not cleaned during my entire stay. the WiFi was extremely poor and made it difficult to connect with loved ones and conduct business while away.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me - it was close to shopping, eating, and transport options.
