At my regular stay, staff guided me to places I wanted. This place suits me, has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, security, VIP check-in/out. No smoking or pets allowed. It’s perfect—coming back every weekend.

Located right in the departure area, making it very convenient for transit passengers needing a quick stay before their next flight. the hotel is very near to the airport, providing easy access, especially for those with tight layovers. the staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process despite any delays. The communal shower was clean and hot, and there was no waiting time, adding to the overall satisfaction of the stay. Cons: It was all superb.

The Capsule Transit Klia 2 in Sepang was a super convenient spot for a rest between flights without the hassle of immigration. Surprisingly quiet, the capsules were comfy and clean, with thoughtful amenities. Close proximity to Gateway@klia2 and the KLIA Jungle Boardwalk allowed for some enjoyable family bonding time, making it a relaxing and enjoyable layover experience. the only downside was the challenge in securing a lower bed.

The staff were super helpful and transferred me to the right place without any extra charge. They even provided free towel, toothbrush, and toothpaste. the capsule space was just perfect, not cramped at all, and I could enjoy a hot shower and a good nap before my next flight. 🌟 the thoughtful amenities made it easy to freshen up and relax, offering just what I needed between flights. the lack of clear signage for the toilets and slightly slow reception staff were minor blips, but nothing too bothersome.
