We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to major sights and attractions. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with special mention to Mr. Hisham at the front desk. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The room itself was spacious, with a big verandah and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, and the corridors were well lit. We truly had a pleasant and enjoyable stay here.

Although the check-in process was a bit slow due to room tidying, the staff remained responsive and attentive to our needs. While the food provided was delicious, we would have appreciated a buffet option.

The hotel is conveniently located close to major sights, offering easy access to the river and the town center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony providing a lovely view. The breakfast is delicious, and the local coffee is a must-try. The staff provides excellent service, and the premises are well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel offers ample parking space.

The swimming pool and gym were not in operation during my stay.

My recent stay at Casuarina@Kuala Kangsar was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a great view from the balcony. The lobby entrance decoration was also impressive. The service provided by the front desk staff, Mr. Hisham, was excellent. The premises were kept clean and well-lit, adding to the overall pleasant experience. During my recent Xmas stay, I enjoyed the picturesque river views from my deluxe queen room. the room was spacious, comfortable and smelled good. the breakfast was delicious and included local coffee, which I loved. the abundance of parking spaces and the hotel's central and convenient location added to the overall positive experience.

There were some aspects that left a negative impression. the bathroom was unsafe for elderly patrons and the shower lacked soap holders.

Excellent service by Mr. Hisham at the front desk. Spacious rooms with big veranda and good amenities. Clean premises with well-lit corridors. Enjoyable stay.
