The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near to shopping malls, very close to the city center, and very near the city hall. This makes it convenient for business travelers who want to explore the city after work or for those who want to enjoy the nightlife area. The rooms are clean and new, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The pool offers a stunning view of the city, with the KLCC and KL Tower as a beautiful background.

The customer service provided by the hotel was poor, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I had a fantastic stay at this venue! The location was perfect, with many attractions nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was spacious, with a great view and everything I needed, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine. The pool area was amazing, with sun loungers and a stunning view.

We spent our New Year's Eve in a hotel with a great view of the city's famous landmarks. the complimentary parking and fantastic pocket garden view were added bonuses. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our experience was not entirely smooth. the deposit refund process was quite slow.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Ceylonz Suite By Five Senses. The interior deco was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The city view from my room was breathtaking and added to the overall ambiance of the stay. The suite was well-equipped with a fridge and microwave oven, which came in handy for reheating sahur meals. The amenities provided, such as a hairdryer, iron, and washing machine, made my stay even more convenient. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the availability of Netflix and Prime Video for entertainment. I had a wonderful experience.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ceylonz Suite By Five Senses, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. the check-in process took around 15 minutes, which was slightly longer than expected.

Great location, good parking, convenience store on-site, amazing view from the room, beautiful Sky garden. Spacious suite with functional kitchenette, complete utensils, Netflix, and washing machine with dryer. Swimming pool view is stunning. Second stay in a few days, pipe issue fixed. High floor city view facing sunrise is recommended. Big and comfy bed, rooftop pool with nice setting.

I recently stayed at Ceylonz Suite and had a wonderful experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with the deposit being refunded on the spot. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Bukit Bintang, China Town, and Little India, all within a 15-minute walk. The proximity to the MRT made getting around easy. The rooftop pool and viewpoints were amazing, and I loved the pool view from my room. Additionally, the breakfast was good and reasonably priced. a great value for the money.

Would recommend this hotel.

We booked a room for three people but there was no third bed provided, along with a lack of additional towels and comforters. the absence of Wi-Fi in the room during the entire stay was also disappointing.
