We arrived quite late in the evening, but the staff at the front desk were still there to greet us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a king bed and a single bed in each. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Despite being located next to the main street, we didn't hear much traffic noise. The hotel is also conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the Semporna jetty, making it a great place to stay for island adventures. we had a pleasant stay at Chan Living and would recommend it to others.

I stayed at this hotel in Semporna for a few days and it was a perfect oasis in the busy area. The outdoor area and pool were spacious and lovely to relax in after a day of activities. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, allowing us to use their facilities and providing a delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had good WiFi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious room with clean shared kitchen. Enjoyed having our own shelf in the fridge. the pool was a great addition. Free shuttle to the city center for diving. Nice hot shower.

Out of hours male staff were less helpful and spent a lot of time on their phones. Limited availability of transportation services to and from the city center.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem in Semporna! The staff made us feel right at home and part of the family. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good wifi and a lovely green area. We enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool and the quietness of the location. There are also shops and cafes nearby. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The room was spacious and had a good TV program selection. The environment was nice and the room had soundproofing. The hotel also seemed to have a BBQ area, which would be great for our next visit.

I stayed at this hotel for a week-long dive trip. The spacious and clean room, along with the shared kitchen, made for a comfortable stay. I loved having my own shelf in the fridge. The highlight was definitely the pool! The female staff were friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle to the dive center was a bonus. The hot shower was also great.
