cheers chalet villa was a pleasant surprise compared to my previous stay in kampong juara. the triple room chalet was spacious and close to the beach. the staff were helpful and renting a bike from the reception was convenient. would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, shop on-site, many services provided, lovely balcony, nice garden area, free water refill, good aircon and fan, friendly staff, clean shared bathroom, prompt communication, sandfly warning at the beach!

I stayed at Cheers Chalet for a few days and it was perfect for my solo trip. The location was super convenient, with many restaurants and duty-free shops nearby. The chalet was spacious, clean, and had a lovely terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing me to check in earlier. I especially loved the hammock, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I stayed at Cheers Chalet for a relaxing island getaway with my family. The owner was incredibly helpful even before our arrival, providing information about ferry times without us even asking. The chalet itself was clean and comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and towels in good condition. We loved the spacious balcony where we could all sit together and enjoy the lush, green surroundings. The picnic tables on the premises were a nice bonus, perfect for outdoor meals.

I had an amazing time at Cheers Chalet in Tioman! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and I even rented a motorbike from the hotel to visit Juara Beach. The rooms were clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The onsite shop was a great convenience, offering a wide range of items. I especially loved relaxing on the outdoor verandah in the evenings. a fantastic experience!

I really got my money's worth at Cheers Chalet in Kampong Juara. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the spacious terrace. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, especially Ms. Teo, was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Cheers Chalet Villa was a great place to stay during our time on the beautiful island. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the main Jetty and plenty of shops, duty-frees, and restaurants along the way. The nearby beach was lovely and we enjoyed visiting it multiple times. The garden between the chalets was a cozy spot to relax in the evenings, with well-lit tables for card games, drinks, or reading. While our basic double room had simple facilities, we didn't mind as we spent most of our time outside. We didn't encounter any issues with bugs or cockroaches. The nearby BBQ and Chinese restaurants were both delicious and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the woman on the staff who was incredibly friendly. a satisfying stay.

The family accommodation was perfect for us, especially the 4 bedded room with air-con that the kids loved. The beds were comfortable, and the fan in the second room was powerful. We were grateful for the insect repellent spray that was available, and the lovely tranquil garden with soft lighting was a delightful spot to relax. The on-site shop was a great convenience, especially for alcoholic drinks, which were not readily available in the nearby area. The location was also ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and other restaurants.

I loved having a kitchen in the chalet, where I could make my own meals using local ingredients. The double room I stayed in was exactly as shown in the pictures and was clean and modern. The staff, especially Miss Teo, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is quiet and only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach. a great experience!
