This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, from the clean bathrooms to the safe box provided. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable, right at the heart of the tourist area Jonker Walk. It's within walking distance to other popular attractions, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided basic amenities, and I appreciated the comfortable beds in the rooms. The breakfast spread was decent, with additional supplies available if needed. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking Jonker Street, taking in the bustling atmosphere.

The location of Cheng Ho Residence was perfect for exploring Jonker Street and the night market.

Although the hotel had limited parking and no lift, I didn't find it to be a major inconvenience.

We particularly appreciated the safe parking available at the hotel, as well as the option for public parking nearby. it was a great experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast options were tasty and diverse, while the staff were polite and accommodating during our romantic escape. The location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the area's many cultural sites.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked. We noticed dust and grime in several areas, detracting from the overall ambiance. Additionally, the room lacked the amenities we expected, such as basic toiletries and functional air conditioning. while we appreciated certain elements of the hotel, we were ultimately disappointed with the quality of our stay.
