Convenient heritage location with plenty to see and eat nearby. Free wifi and bicycle rentals available. Clean overall, though spotted a baby cockroach. Late check-in was accommodated, with friendly and communicative staff. Spacious and clean room with good water pressure. Ample parking with good security. Comfortable family room with courteous security guards. Minimal noise despite busy street location.

We had a great time during our city trip thanks to the convenient location and spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage for a few extra hours. We also appreciated the complementary facts offered during our stay.

The insufficient car park, as it was under renovation during our visit. However, we were able to park elsewhere with subsidized rates.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with staff constantly cleaning the common areas and rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, catering to all of our requests. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we particularly appreciated the efforts the hotel is making to fund the restoration upstairs. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to main attractions and public transportation. it was a great experience.
