As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location near Suria KLCC and the Aeroline Coach's station. The room cleanliness was great and the pillows and bed were comfortable. The hotel was also near the Petronas Towers, train station, and KLCC. Daily room rates were reasonable and they replenished our toiletries and changed our bedding daily.

This place has a great location in the heart of the city, close to all the shopping outlets and accessible by public transportation. The Petronas Twin Towers is just a short walk away. The bell staff and room service are always available and the medical facilities and laundry services are top-notch. The rooms are equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi, as well as a spacious sitting area and in-room safe. The buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant is delicious and the bar/lounge area is a great spot to relax and unwind.

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city with great customer service and basic hygiene.

The location was ideal, right next to AK MALL and KLCC. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, both Western and Asian dishes. The hotel has maintained its old-school charm, which I found really impressive. The staff were dedicated and friendly, providing excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The room's toilet and facilities were a bit small for an Executive Deluxe Room, and the room service menu could use some improvement in terms of options.

Great value for the price! the location couldn't be better: walking distance to local eateries, public transportation, and a lovely park. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in our room, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome during our weekend stay.

Our room was a bit outdated and could have used some new furnishings. the internet connection was spotty at times, and we had some trouble with the front desk staff when we called to address the issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city overlooking the famous twin towers. We were able to walk to all our favorite malls and attractions in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and concierge. They made us feel welcome and provided great hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we particularly loved the newer and cleaner toilets. The breakfast spread had a lot of variety and we especially enjoyed the chocolate muffins and dhal.
