I recently stayed at De Cafe & Rest House in Ipoh for a night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was right in the middle of town, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with separate showers and toilets, which was a nice touch. The female dorm was spacious, stylish, and had great amenities like air conditioning and personal care products. a great stay at a centrally located hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, providing me with a PDF guide of local restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and comfortable, and they even provided shower gel, earplugs, floss, and free water. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular areas like Concubine Lane and BookXcess. the staff, cleanliness, and convenient location were the best aspects of my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at De Cafe & Rest House. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The hostel has a welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful industrial murals and cozy interior. The beds were super comfy, and the pillows were amazing. I loved the privacy and coziness provided by the curtains and reading lamps next to each bed. The lockers offered plenty of space and even had hangers. The easy access to the building with the swipe card gave me a secure feeling. The hostel's location in the beautiful old town made it convenient to explore everything on foot. I was impressed with the homey feeling and would definitely recommend De Cafe & Rest House.

I recently stayed at a cozy rest house in Ipoh and had an amazing experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The capsule-style beds were spacious and had personal lights and power outlets, perfect for a traveler. The facilities were impeccably clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including hot showers, a spacious sink area, full-length mirrors, and big lockers. The decor was cool and stylish, adding to the overall atmosphere. The best part was that it was very quiet, with only one other person in my dorm. The owner, Dawson, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He not only provided excellent service but also drove us around and gave us recommendations for local places to visit in Malaysia. I can't recommend this rest house enough, it's truly a gem.

The location was jaw-dropping, tucked away in a cute little lane in Chinatown. The modern and clean interior of the old building was mind-blowing. The staff, especially one guy who was super attentive and treated us like family, made us feel at home. The capsule-style dorm with curtains was a unique and comfortable experience. The toilets and showers were new and spotless. The bunk beds were spacious and had everything you need, from reading lights to sockets. The central location was perfect, surrounded by charming shops and cafes. the atmosphere was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. And don't even get me started on the incredible Oreo cheesecake in the cafe!

The hostel provided amenities like shampoo, body wash, and even a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. The location of the hostel was also a major plus, being close to the train station and within walking distance of all the popular spots and restaurants.

There were a few issues that could be improved upon. there was not enough lighting in the locker area, making it difficult to find things or see clearly.
