We absolutely loved the outstanding staff who were always on hand to meet our needs. They were quick to address any issues, such as changing the faulty fridge in our room. They even went above and beyond to find us a private taxi driver for our trip to Mount Kinabalu at a fantastic rate. The staff also provided great recommendations for nearby places to eat and shop. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the layout and amenities. the staff and service made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The superior king room I booked was spacious and comfortable, and the toilet with its rain shower was a great feature. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with numerous restaurants and markets nearby. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic getaway! The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a complimentary room upgrade and bottled water. The hotel’s central location allowed us to easily walk to nearby restaurants and markets. We also appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable bed.

The walls were thin and we could hear noise from outside, including loud music late at night. the air conditioning was a bit too loud for our liking, which disrupted our sleep at times.

Convenient location close to Gaya street and the waterfront. Comfortable room with modern style and clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure storage for luggage available.

I stayed for a few separate nights over a week. The 24h reception was very friendly and helpful. The family superior room was spacious and pretty clean. The staff helped us arrange tours and provided effective and detailed recommendations. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city center. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. The bed was really comfortable, and the aircon was efficient. I definitely recommend this place. There's a small shop nearby that sells delicious cold fresh fruit.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was in the city center directly. There were many nice local restaurants nearby and it was close to a main artery, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were modern and clean, and the bathrooms were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided an excess of toiletries.

The water heater temperature was confusing and difficult to adjust, making it hard to get a warm shower.
