had an awesome stay at a lovely hotel in Johor. Excellent staff, beautiful property and amazing memories created. Highly recommended!

Pillows too flat.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Johor Bahru. the breakfast selection at 60rm per person was excellent with a wide variety of choices and great quality. the hotel room was spacious and clean. I was also impressed with the fast room service when I requested a hair dryer, although I later found one in the cabinet. Most of the service staff were friendly and well-trained, living up to the reputation of Hilton. I had a positive experience and would definitely stay there again.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is a great value for money with basic amenities, clean rooms, and good facilities. The location is perfect, within walking distance of shopping centres and high rise buildings with a bar. The staff are friendly and the breakfast includes free flowing fresh juices and wide varieties of food to choose from.

No major issues, everything was ok.

Spacious coffee house with abundant seating options for breakfast. Mouthwatering durian cake that tastes like the fruit itself. Complimentary cookies upon arrival with a sweet welcome gesture by staff. Convenient location within walking distance of a shopping complex. Courteous and helpful staff who assist with guests' needs.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and just a short walk away from the shopping center. The staff at this venue were exceptional, always friendly and providing great service. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, from the mini-bar to the in-room safe. I loved the patio where I could relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the high rise buildings. The free wi-fi in the room was a bonus too!

As a group of friends, we absolutely loved our stay at Doubletree. The rain shower was awesome and the pillows were so comfortable. The reception staff was also very accommodating and switched our room to a higher floor upon request. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect and we enjoyed easy access to the nearby malls. The breakfast selection was amazing and we found ourselves indecisive with so many delicious options to choose from. The pool and Jacuzzi were also a highlight of our stay.

We felt extremely at home during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine in our suite room. The location was also fantastic, with great food and malls just a few minutes drive away. The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable, with excellent service. we highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional service, welcoming staff, great view, excellent breakfast, nice anniversary surprise, variety of choices in executive lounge.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff were okay, and the room was decently clean, although there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The location was alright, and it was easy to hop on over to the shopping mall city square cos which was nearby. The breakfast was average, with nothing extraordinary, but it was alright.

The air conditioning in the room was incredibly ineffective, and the room was always too warm and stuffy.

The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes including fresh fruits, smoothies, pastries, and hot dishes from Asian and Western cuisine. Complimentary bottles of water and chocolates were a pleasant surprise for the guests. the hotel had a beautiful pool with lovely music creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The pool area could use more shade options for those who want to avoid direct sunlight. There weren't many eating options within walking distance and the tea bags were not replenished regularly.
