The location of the hotel was great, it was really easy to get to the different parts of the city. the check-in and check-out process was really quick and easy, there was no waiting around. the staff members were all very polite and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for you.

The hotel room was really small and cramped, not what we were expecting at all and definitely not worth the price we paid. the bathtub and toilet were very dirty, which was really off-putting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was very near to all the attractions and there were plenty of amenities nearby. We were spoiled for choice with the many good cafes within walking distance. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. From the security guard who went out of his way to assist us to the reception staff who provided excellent service, everyone made us feel welcome. Finally, I loved the attention to detail in the rooms. Each room had its own theme, and I was pleasantly surprised by the romantic ambience. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Everything was top-notch, no complaints whatsoever.

I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
