We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was amazing, as it was right next to the Bangsar LRT station. It made it so easy for us to hop on a train and go to malls or even just step out and grab some delicious food. The communication with the staff was incredibly efficient and detailed, and they were always so helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, fast WiFi, and even a washing machine that we were able to use. We also really appreciated the security guard who made us feel safe during our stay.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the Bangsar LRT station and within short walking distance to KL Sentral and Brickfields. The convenience of having a sky bridge connecting the hotel to the Bangsar Putra stop was a major plus. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a dining table. The staff were incredibly attentive and respectful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax, and the sun terrace with sun loungers provided a beautiful view. a 10/10 experience!

Our recent stay at Est Bangsar Kl Sentral By Greater Stay was truly enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy access to KL Sentral and Brickfields. We appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which matched the photos perfectly. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to assist us during a medical emergency. The pool and gym facilities were impressive as well. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

While we had a great stay overall, we did encounter a minor issue with additional charges. There was an unexpected cleaning fee of 50MYR that was not stated on their website, which would have been easier if mentioned beforehand.

The proximity to public transportation was a key advantage in this hotel. It made it easy to get around the city. the bed was comfortable which resulted in a great night's sleep. The wifi access was good too, which proved to be important for staying connected while away.

Some aspects of the check-in process were frustrating. Particularly, the cash-only payment requirement was inconvenient.
