We had a great stay at the hotel - the pool was fantastic and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, being close to the city center. The staff were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. One thing we appreciated was the delicious variety of food choices, especially for those who enjoy Asian cuisine. Additionally, there were some fantastic local hawker style eateries just a short walk away.

During our stay at Evergreen Laurel Hotel, we were pleased with the convenient location and the overall value for money. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The room rates were reasonable, considering the amenities and services provided.

We had a minor issue with the smell of cigarette in our room, but the receptionists were extremely helpful and quickly moved us to another room. The hotel staff provided excellent service, allowing us for a late checkout subject to availability. I would recommend this hotel for its responsive and helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bay and Gurney Plaza, making it a great location for shopping and exploring local attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with large windows offering a view of the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is delicious and there are even complimentary drinks for children. it's a great spot for a short stay and for indulging in food excursions along Gurney Street.

The transportation options to the heritage site are limited and the tax for foreigners is quite expensive.
