the location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and major malls within walking distance. the staff were not only friendly and accommodating, but also prompt in assisting us with a room change when we requested it. the new room was quiet and comfortable, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with many restaurants and shopping centers just outside the hotel. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout my stay in KUL. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the hotel staff exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying. the hotel had facilities like a revolving rooftop bar and helpful bell boys.

The noise from the club located downstairs was quite loud and lasted until late at night.

Plus, the hotel's proximity to shopping centers like Plaza Low Yat, Pavilion Elite, Fahrenheit, and the night market was a huge bonus. It was truly a great value for money!

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of Bukit Bintang, right in the middle of the busy center. The location was great, with easy access to eateries and transportation. The room we had was large with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel also had a nice pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the town area. Additionally, the staff members attending to our room services were very attentive.

The check-in process took quite a long time, with a wait of about an hour.

We loved this place for its perfect location at the central tourist area, surrounded by great shopping venues, as well as its top-notch room service and convenient amenities, such as the limousine service and medical facilities. The staff were efficient in giving assistance to our queries and friendly in handling requests. The dining options were exceptional and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

We recommend this hotel especially to families, but it would have been better if the staff could entertain requests faster, especially during check-in and also when both receptionists are occupied.

I had a fantastic experience at Federal hotel. the location was perfect for shopping, especially for IT and electronic items near the Low Yat mall. the breakfast selection was great with a good mix of options. the hotel staff provided excellent service and were efficient and friendly. I also appreciated the comfortable lobby area with complimentary WiFi. the hotel could consider making better use of the ground floor entrance, perhaps by adding a coffee shop or seating area to enjoy.

I recently stayed at The Federal and had a fantastic time. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and a variety of food outlets, making it easy to explore and find something to suit my taste. The staff, especially the young porter, were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range of delicious Malaysian dishes, allowing me to try a little bit of everything. The hotel's proximity to the famous Alor street made it even better. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to others.
