We had a great time at this hotel! It's located right at the waterfront, making it easy to find and accessible to many cheap restaurants. The mall is adjacent to this venue which is handy for getting cash from the ATM. They offered us great services like room service and dry cleaning, with amenities like ironing facilities and an electric kettle. The staff was very attentive and fulfilled all of our requests to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also allowed us to check-out late, which made things a lot easier for us.

The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar, made our stay even more comfortable. The free breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and was a great way to start our day. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Four Points in the heart of Sandakan. Perfect location - right in the middle of everything. Enjoyed the local market and convenient mall attached to the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful, except for a small hiccup with the concierge. Loved the 19th-floor view and the friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Pool was awesome with fantastic ocean views. a pleasant and fun experience!

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. It was centrally located and connected to a mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, the views from the sunset-facing rooms were breathtaking, with a full view of the sea and a partial town view. It was perfect for capturing beautiful photographs.

That there were only two umbrellas at the pool, which meant there was limited shade especially around noon. It would have been better if there were more umbrellas to provide shade for the guests.
