The hotel was affordable and the room size was good. the location was close to public transportation and there were plenty of food options nearby. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the room was poor, with dust and a few unwanted creepy crawlies. the air conditioning was not up to par and made it uncomfortable to sleep.

There is also a coin laundry nearby, which is a convenient facility for guests. The staff is helpful and will provide a hairdryer upon request.

Great location near LRT station for easy movement. Helpful staff assisted with carrying bags to 4th floor as lift was not working. Reasonable price for spacious room with good air conditioning. Clean hotel with a nice shower and comfortable bed. Busy Shisha bar on top floor.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Frame Hotel. The location was excellent, with KL Tower and Mytown shopping mall just a short distance away. Plus, there was a coin laundry right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel was also clean, secure, and affordable. They even provided me with a hairdryer upon request. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
