The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to a very large shopping mall, comparable to Imago mall and 1borneo shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and equipped with a working water heater. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to.

The cleanliness of the hotel is lacking, as housekeeping did not come throughout the entire stay and there was also a piece of debris found on the floor upon arrival.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the room was spacious and the bath was relaxing. the staff was friendly and always tried to help us with our needs. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenient location close to restaurants and shops.

The Wi-Fi was weak and we struggled to stay connected. the room was not ready until later in the day and some appliances were not functioning properly.
