During my recent stay at a hotel in Malacca, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations. The room was well-maintained and had a pleasant smell, thanks to the lounge area. The staff, especially the Malay lady and Chinese guy at the reception, were friendly and welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. The room itself was adequately furnished, with amenities such as a mini fridge and a strong water pressure in the shower. I also appreciated the modern design of the switches and the convenience of having a switch to control all the room lights. The presence of a carpet in the room made it cozy, and my son loved lying on it while watching TV. Additionally, the hotel provided helpful features like a sign indicating the direction of the qibla and shelves in the TV cabinet for organizing personal items. I was pleased to find that there were multiple power outlets available in the room, eliminating any conflicts when charging our devices.

There were a few minor drawbacks to my stay. The air ventilation in the toilet could be improved, as the smell from disposing of a soiled diaper lingered.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfy bed, good water pressure, provided amenities, helpful recommendations.

The hotel we stayed at during New Year's had excellent service from all the staff. We were impressed by the welcoming front desk team who greeted us warmly upon arrival and helped us arrange for a late check-out. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many local attractions. The water pressure in the shower was also powerful and the room had plenty of power outlets to charge all our devices. we had a great stay.

We did notice a few drawbacks during our stay. The air ventilation in the bathroom could have been better since the smell of dirty diapers lingered for a while and was unpleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jonker Street, just a short drive away. Guests can easily explore the area and find many convenient shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The lobby has a comfortable ambiance, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for two people. The bathrooms are also spacious and provide all the necessary amenities.

There were a few minor inconvenience with the room. There were no towels provided and guests had to rent them.
