The staff, especially the restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly and provided fast and efficient service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Miri. the staff was courteous and always ready to help. One of the best things about this hotel is that it provides a value for money experience with a clean room and comfy bed. the breakfast spread was very good with a lot of variety. Plus, it's close to a supermarket and coffeeshops which made it really convenient.

The Wi-Fi, which was not very strong in the bed area, but it was fine at the desk. as it is located close to the main street, it can be a bit noisy, but if you're used to city noises, it should not be a problem.

I had a great time at the Grand Palace Hotel in Miri. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The king-sized beds were super comfortable, and the room service had just been updated with delicious local food. The swimming pool area was a nice spot to relax, although it would have been even better with poolside service. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
