This hotel is the perfect place to stay for a couples getaway. The location is ideal, just next to the popular shopping mall Suria Sabah where you can shop and catch a movie. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom featuring a separate shower and bathtub. The service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The rooftop pool and bar offer stunning views of the city.

The waiting time at the front desk can be a bit long due to a shortage of staff.

Connected to a convenient shopping mall with affordable restaurants nearby, this hotel’s prime location made it easy to access various tourist spots. Its proximity to the ferry terminal allowed us to embark on island tours with ease. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the rooftop swimming pool and stunning views. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free Wi-Fi was a great perk.

Although breakfast had a variety of options, some dishes were cold and the service could have been more attentive. We had to ask for coffee and utensils as they weren't provided.

The customer service at Grandis Hotels And Resorts was exceptional. We wanted to arrange a surprise candlelight dinner for our parents, and the room manager, Jet, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our parents had a great stay, even accommodating their dietary restrictions. We highly appreciate the assistance and commend the staff at Hotel Grandis for a job well done!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The spacious room was clean and comfortable, with new furniture and a big bathroom. The view from our room was incredible, overlooking the sea and the hills. The rooftop bar and small swimming pool provided a panoramic view of the surroundings, and it was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. We also appreciated the convenient location of this hotel, with direct access to a grand shopping mall nearby. The ferry to the islands was just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings.
