This hotel is strategically located on a hill right next to the waterpark, making it a great choice for families. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we loved the basic amenities provided in the room, including a large and comfy bed for the whole family and free new movies. We also appreciated the refillable bottle and water dispenser in the room. Breakfast was enjoyable with the live music.

The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the water park. The exclusive amenities were superb, including the outdoor swimming pool, which was divine. We enjoyed the Spa lounge and found the massage to be one of the best we've ever had. The live entertainment was absolutely fantastic, and we were thoroughly entertained throughout our stay.

While the service was top-notch, we encountered a minor issue with the cleanliness of our room. The room was not up to our standards and was in need of some deep cleaning.

Great for families with children, water park nearby. Kids club is free. No water park crowds or lines. Good buffet breakfast. Room had nice view.

Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The complementary cookies and hot chocolate upon arrival really made us feel welcome. The hotel's location near the beach and excellent local restaurants made it easy to explore and enjoy the local culture. The view from our room was breathtaking and made our mornings unforgettable.

I had a fantastic time staying here! The location was super convenient, situated right next to an amazing water park. The staff were incredibly friendly, from the front desk to the cleaners and security guard. They were all very patient and accommodating, and I really appreciated how they never hesitated to fulfill my requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an impressive range of amenities available such as room service and the mini-bar. The swimming pool area was beautiful, and the spa & wellness centre was a great addition with so many treatments available.

I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a great stay. The staff were truly excellent, never showing any sign of stress even with some of my more unusual requests.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the ferry services and the wide breakfast buffet at Hard Rock. The spacious rooms were perfect for kids, and the free access to the Adventure waterpark was a bonus. The staff was friendly and the customer service was great. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, and the in-room entertainment satisfied the whole family. The Rock Spa was a highlight, with amazing facilities and skilled masseuses. my experience was wonderful.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints.
