I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being very tidy and comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were fantastic. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was right next to the MRT station and close to other areas in the city center and suburbs. The staff were incredibly friendly and displayed great care and courtesy towards the guests.

I had a fantastic experience at Hilton KL. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special, with a beautifully decorated table and a complimentary dessert. The food at the Graze restaurant was delicious, and the Manager on Duty, Ikhwan Shah, even gave us a thoughtful gift. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the spa services were top-notch. The hotel's location was also convenient. Despite some minor issues like restricted pool hours and expensive airport transfer, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional service! When I arrived late at night, exhausted from my journey, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the room I had originally booked. They were friendly and understanding throughout the process. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast and the swimming pool area. I recently stayed at Hilton in KL for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The open concept bathroom in the room was a unique and enjoyable feature, allowing me to watch TV while soaking in the bath. The WIFI connection was superb, and the overall service from the staff was exceptional. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the location connected to KL Sentral made our stay so convenient.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was blown away by the amazing service. From the moment I arrived, the staff always had a ready smile and made my day with wonderful hospitality and service. This place is conveniently located in the centre of the city and right next to a transportation hub which can get you easily to many top shopping locations within minutes. The room amenities were fantastic and included air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. Furthermore, the dining experience at the restaurant was something to remember. In short, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city.

During my stay at the hotel over Christmas, I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near a large shopping center, making it easy for me to explore and shop. Additionally, the facilities, such as the pool and the gym, were top, notch and provided a great way to relax and unwind.

I did have a minor issue with the check, in process. the front desk staff did not suggest that I purchase breakfast during check, in, which resulted in us paying more when we bought breakfast at the restaurant.

This hotel is conveniently located just outside the airport and next to KL Sentral station, making it easy to get to top shopping locations. The rooms are comfortable and have great facilities, including Executive Lounge access and excellent views. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with fresh juice and coffee, and even a complimentary dessert.

The variety of F&B at breakfast is unbelievably good. Location of the coffee shop/BF restaurant is incredibly convenient. The slide at the pool is a major highlight, perfect for kids. The bathtub is the best I've experienced in any hotel - just the right size for a relaxing soak. The shower rain is also a favorite. The service provided by the staff is top-notch.
