For the price we paid, we got exceptional value. The room was tastefully renovated, super clean, and located on the 2nd floor, providing a blissful stay. The hotel's location by the river was excellent and within easy walking distance to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and took their slogan "make it right" seriously.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety.

Excellent breakfast with gluten-free options and a chef who catered to dietary requests. Attentive and well-trained restaurant staff, with no allergy issues. Helpful and lovely hotel staff. Marvellous view of the river and state Parliament from the room. Excellent location for enjoying the city's life and facilities. One of the best breakfasts ever experienced.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and close to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The view of the river from the hotel was breathtaking, especially at night when the esplanade was lit up.

The lack of free wifi in the rooms was a disappointment.

the exclusive amenities were fulfilling; we were impressed by the beautiful Spa & wellness centre and the relaxing outdoor swimming pool. the room was equipped with modern and lavish furniture, and the restaurant offered Halal food and special diet menus. the service was top-notch, with attentive and smiling staff always happy to help. This hotel has a prime location advantage, offering a fantastic view over the city and being close to popular tourist spots. Cons: Although our stay was exceptional, we did encounter one minor issue. We found that the snack bar was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's amenities. Apart from that, everything else was fantastic.

The hotel was excellent! the service was top-notch, and we had a fantastic stay. the coffee and pastries offered in the morning were an excellent touch, and the rooms were impeccable. the hotel was located in the perfect spot, close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Plus, we had a fantastic view of the river outside. Lastly, the hotel had free shuttle service around the city, which was very convenient for our travels.

Superb river view location near city center. Walking distance to attractions. Wide variety in amazing breakfast buffet. Central location with kind staff. Okay rooms, but swimming pool is a plus.

During our stay at Hilton, we experienced excellent customer service. When we first arrived, our room didn't meet our expectations, but the staff promptly addressed our concerns and moved us to a better room. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient, and the pool and facilities were great. our trip turned out to be fantastic thanks to the helpful and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a spacious penthouse suite with a separate lounge and dining room. The location was great, with easy access to town and nearby attractions. The hotel also had an in-house tour agency, making it convenient to explore Kuching's national parks and wildlife conservatories. The breakfast was better than average and the staff were polite and easy to approach. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially overlooking the river.

The cleanliness of the swimming pool for kids was below par, with weeds everywhere.
