We loved the breakfast here. Every day, there were new tasty choices to try, and the fresh coffee was a standout. Plus, the grab-and-go breakfast service was incredibly thoughtful for busy mornings. The staff who checked us in were friendly and kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-organized, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. We appreciated the variety of pillows available and enjoyed breakfast in the nice seating areas, both indoors and outdoors.

The cleanliness and comfort of the Holiday Inn Express Kota Kinabalu City Centre, An Ihg Hotel were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a clean and cozy room.

There were a few issues with our stay. Additionally, the custard bun we had was inedible, with a hardened center.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the complimentary parking for in-house guests and the sweet and lovely housekeeping staff. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a famous seafood restaurant, making it easy to access. Another advantage is the business center, which provided a quiet and private corner for me to work.

the breakfast spread quantity was not enough for the number of in-house guests, and by 9am most items were finished. the food was also not warm and tasted bland, unlike the quality it used to be.
