I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, being close to the monorail station and within walking distance of two large shopping malls. The hotel facilities were commendable, with a well-equipped gym and helpful room service. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Kuala Lumpur for 3 nights. The hotel's location was perfect, with restaurants, Changkat, and Jalan Alor within walking distance. I also appreciated the availability of a washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Despite my usual difficulty sleeping in new places, the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was perfect as it was right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions of Kuala Lumpur. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, ensuring that I felt welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided in the room were also great, with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed for extra seating. Lastly, the breakfast offered provided a good start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

The only downside was the elevator wait time, but everything else was just fine.
