holiday inn exceeded my expectations during this wedding ceremony. their comfortable rooms, great in-room dining, and high-quality toiletries made our stay exceptional. the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the location was perfect, with nearby food options and night markets. overall, a great value for our stay.

Slow and unreliable wifi.

Our stay in this seaside hotel was simply outstanding. The location is fantastic, with several buses to travel around the city, plenty of supermarkets nearby, and great food options in the Batu Ferringhi Tower. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the poolside and watching the beautiful beach. The rooms and attached bathrooms were tidy, the service was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Additionally, the hotel provided ample facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. we had a lovely experience.

The pool cleanliness was inadequate, as it was not very clean during our visit.

Well-located near the vibrant night market and a short walk to the beach. Two buildings to choose from, with a link bridge connecting them. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms, especially in the smaller building. Delicious breakfast and helpful tour operator to arrange local trips. Shuttle bus to Georgetown provided.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. It is located in the centre of Batu Ferrighi, near loads of restaurants, shopping places and surrounded by good eateries. The room was equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, sitting area, and free toiletries. We had a very comfortable stay in the carpeted room with a dining area and we really enjoyed a fast and reliable wi-fi connection. We also liked the staff who worked during the night shift. They were very helpful, with exceptional service from the receptionist and bellman.

We recommend this hotel for everyone.

We loved the beachfront location, near a night market and Starbucks. Room had a great sea view, and we enjoyed the water-sport facilities right in front of the hotel. The polite and courteous staff provided smooth check-in and even gave us a free upgrade. we recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and public areas maintained to a very high standard. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The location was perfect, with easy access to the batu ferringhi night market and complementary tennis courts. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation options, with a bus stop right outside the front door. All of this was available at a great value for a low-mid range budget.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Stayed at a hotel in Nashville, had a blast at the Grand Ole Opry. Explored the private island resort with a beautiful spa. Enjoyed the vibrant Latin influences in Miami's Art Deco architecture.

Not a fan of the diverse dining options in Atlanta, too many delicious choices!

During our Christmas vacation, we enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks that were provided upon our arrival. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated near the beach and several restaurants. we appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which helped to keep our room neat and tidy.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. while the location and complementary offerings were nice, the lack of attention to upkeep and maintenance left us feeling underwhelmed.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. You can easily visit George Town or the National Park, butterfly farm, and spice garden in one direction, or head to the night market hawker Centre in the evening. There are also attractions like TeddyVille Museum or Escape Theme Park nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a shower and bathtub. The staff are friendly and the breakfast offers a good variety of food.

Some areas of the hotel can get a bit noisy, especially during school holidays.
