We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall right next door, making it easy to find food and explore the area. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed a comfortable bed and a refreshing shower in the clean bathroom. The hotel also had convenient parking and a secure environment.

We did notice a few little cockroaches in the room, which was a bit unpleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect and convenient for both shopping and exploring. The parking is easy to find and always available. The housekeeping service is outstanding and the room amenities are great. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is quite useful, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

There’s really nothing negative about this place. We highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Rooms are spacious and equipped with basic amenities including free WiFi and a safe. Staff provides daily housekeeping with consistent amenities. Good value for the price with comfortable beds and multiple TV channels. Great for short or longer stays.

Staying at 7 Suria made our shopping trip so hassle-free. It was amazing having the mall right by our doorstep. The breakfast was scrumptious and it was a treat having Netflix on the smart TV in the room. The staff were friendly and parking was free. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at the hotel. the complementary buffet dinner and breakfast were fantastic and affordable for the whole family. the location, attached to a mall, offered plenty of shopping and food choices. Plus, the parking was easy to find and included in the stay.

The views from the room were somewhat blocked by metal railings and the smell was noticeable upon arrival. Though the housekeeping staff managed to fix it, the TV channels were limited and mostly local.
