I loved the modern and exclusive room at Arissa, it was worth every penny. Though there was a mistake with the entry card, the staff came to fix it promptly. The bathroom was spotless, and my son loved the unique design. I also appreciated the shuttle service to Jonker street. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Room was clean and breakfast was satisfying. Good location near top-rated eateries. Plus, the hotel had free parking for those who drove.

Sadly, the shower pressure was low and it took forever to bathe. Security was also an issue, as someone knocked on our door late at night and made noises that scared us.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with both single beds and king size bed options available. The location was convenient, as it was near Jonker Street where there were plenty of shops and attractions to explore. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, as they provided basic amenities and the rooms were well-maintained by the staff.

That the walls could be more soundproof. I could occasionally hear conversations from the next door, which was a bit distracting.
