I recently enjoyed a short weekend break at a hotel located right beside the park in the charming Puteri Harbour area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy. The view from certain areas of the hotel overlooking the harbor was stunning. I also appreciated the free fast Wifi and the convenient location near the Little Big Club. The breakfast spread was tasty, and the hotel offered a variety of facilities, including an infinity pool and afternoon tea buffet in the lounge.

The hotel's dinner options could have been better.

Clean rooms, comfy bed. Convenient location with access to Legoland and Johor Premium Outlet. 24-hour cafe/restaurant next door. Starbucks cafe with harbor view below. Marina Bay Sands-like ambiance. Loved the bathtub and cleanliness. Wide variety of breakfast options. Friendly customer service. Thumbs up for accommodating requests.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect if you're planning to visit the nearby theme parks and the beautiful harbour area is so peaceful and quiet. The service from the staff was amazing, and I appreciated the room amenities like the iron and the electric kettle. Plus, the free upgrade to a room with a Harbour View was a lovely surprise!

I had a great stay at Jen Johor Puteri Harbour By Shangri-La. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the harbor. The bathtub in the room was clean and my kids absolutely loved it. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of international dishes to choose from, which was a delicious start to the day. The hotel's proximity to Little Big Club and Hello Kitty Town was a bonus, perfect for family entertainment. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great Thanksgiving Stay- I loved the special attention and care shown by the hotel staff during my Thanksgiving stay. Two complementary facts offered were a free shuttle service and a welcome drink. the hotel's key location provided easy access to restaurants and attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa service offered by the hotel.

The food was cold, and the service was slow. the quantity of food options was limited, and under-seasoned.
