The hotel had a great view from the rooms overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city. Location-wise, it was in close proximity to various modes of transport, making it easy to get around. the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was unfortunately underwhelming. the rooms seemed quite dated and needed refurbishment.
