The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hang Tuah monorail station, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, it is just a short distance from Bukit Bintang, a vibrant area with plenty of shops and entertainment options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms have powerful showers. The staff is accommodating and the breakfast is tasty, offering a variety of options to start your day. Moreover, the hotel provides a lovely terrace where you can relax and unwind.

One drawback is that the walls of the hotel are quite thin, so depending on your neighbors, it can get a bit noisy.

The room was spotless, AC worked well in hot weather. Staff, especially Amelia and the breakfast ladies, were friendly and helpful. Reception man on night shift, Annie, Neela, and room service guys were all nice. Good place to stay in KL.

The staff provided full hospitality and were incredibly charming and attentive to my every need. The room was well-appointed with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast served in a small garden, which added a lovely touch to the overall experience.

The weak Wi-Fi signal on the upper floors, which wasn't as reliable as expected for a traveler who needs to stay connected. However, the hotel's great value for money and cleanliness more than makes up for it.

My stay at Paloma Inn was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to Bukit Bintang and Chinatown. The rooms were modern, clean, and recently renovated. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the WiFi was reliable. The breakfast, although simple, was satisfying. The younger staff members were friendly and helpful. Despite construction nearby, it didn't disturb our sleep. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
