I had a great experience at Royal! The location was perfect for shopping, and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From the duty manager who quickly resolved a payment mistake with a smile and apology, to the helpful and friendly doorman who assisted with my luggage, and the kind lady near the lift, everyone provided exceptional service. Even the concierge was polite and went out of his way to assist me. The hotel truly deserves a 6-star rating!

Amazing View of KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was fortunate enough to be allocated the Executive Deluxe room. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking as I could see both the iconic KL Tower and the stunning Petronas Twin Towers. It was truly a sight to behold. The room itself was comfortable and equipped with fast wifi, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The hotel's strategic location near the AirAsia Bukit Bintang Station and easy access to grab cars made getting around the city a breeze. Additionally, the surrounding area was filled with plenty of food options, including popular boba shops like Machi2, Koi, Tealive, and Chatime. Although the breakfast was just okay, the cool breakfast area offered a pleasant atmosphere. My only complaint was that the fried rice was a bit too spicy for my liking. I would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal in Kuala Lumpur for a short business trip. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main city, market, and mono rail. Despite being in a quiet corner, it was very close to all the major attractions. The breakfast provided was good, although there weren't too many options. The door man was cheerful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel had a strong and reliable WiFi signal, which was a bonus. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and they had great arrangements for airport transfers.
