During our recent vacation, we chose a hotel located near the ferry. This convenient location allowed us easy access to explore the city center by taking advantage of the free bus service. The hotel was also near a bus stand and a supermarket, making it convenient for us to get around and purchase any necessary items. Our room was spacious and cozy, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing us with all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff spoke good English and were very kind, always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet every morning, although it did get crowded with group tourists at times. the hotel provided a good ambience for our vacation.

On one of the nights during our stay, we were awakened by loud noises from other guests in the corridor.

We had a great stay at Hotel Royal. The prebooked check-in was smooth and the staff was helpful, with good English skills. The view from our room was excellent. The room itself was a good size and the bed was reasonably comfortable. We also appreciated the good WiFi connection in the room.

Situé dans un quartier calme, entouré de verdure. La plage, de sable et de galets, est à une courte distance de marche. Encore plus proches se trouvent trois restaurants, un marché et une boulangerie. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour agréable est là, mais on a l'impression qu'il n'y a personne autour. Tout ce que vous pouvez entendre, ce sont les oiseaux et les grillons. Nous n'avons jamais eu un repos de qualité et des vacances paisibles comme ça. L'hôte était exceptionnellement gentil, attentionné et amical. Une expérience de vacances merveilleuse, absolument digne de recommandation. Nous envisageons déjà de revenir bientôt.

I had a great experience staying at this luxurious hotel. Its strategic location within walking distance to many restaurants and main attractions made it the perfect base for my exploration of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered fantastic leisure facilities such as a swimming pool and a sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi provided was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Great location, near kopitiams, Little India, Chinatown, and shopping malls. Efficient transport service by Mr Gary. Clean and new room on higher level. Lively surroundings, walking distance to food street, restaurants, and malls. Spacious rooms and quiet surroundings. Prompt and fast lifts. Easy access to parking. Good breakfast spread with excellent views and cleanliness.

Spacious rooms with good facilities and a nice pool for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast had a good variety with tasty options, and the hotel was located close to popular attractions for easy access.

The hotel was quite noisy at night, with nearby outdoor singing until the early hours of the morning. The parking was also quite limited, making it difficult to find a spot.

Attentive and Responsive Staff

During our stay at Hotel Royal, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the staff was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. They promptly sent maintenance to fix the problem and when it couldn't be resolved, they immediately transferred us to a new room. The staff's quick response and willingness to accommodate us made us feel taken care of and ensured a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service.
