Beach and pool views in our room were mind-blowing, and the private beach was clean. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food at an acceptable price. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options at a reasonable price. The staff was super attentive and helpful, and the lobby was spacious and nicely designed. The room was spacious enough for a couple with a small child, and it had a jaw-dropping sea view, a clean bathroom, and even a baby crib. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including a complimentary minibar.

The hotel's location is amazing as it's right in front of the beach and within walking distance to Teluk Cempedak, the most happening beach in the area. The staff are attentive, friendly, and well-trained, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and satisfied with their service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the king bed in the main bedroom that offers an amazing view of the sea. The breakfast at Kampung coffee house offers many choices of mostly Malaysian food, making it a great way to start the day.

No improvements needed, everything was ok.

The fireworks show during New Year's Eve was impressive and we were offered complementary drinks and snacks. the hotel is located close to the beach and restaurants which was convenient. Plus, the gym was equipped with modern equipment.

The room was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. the bed linens were old and uncomfortable.

Nestled in a superb location, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to fast food restaurants and local food at night. The picturesque blue sea, white sand and coconut trees provides a calm scene and stunning sunrise views. Guests can also relax at the beautiful pools and recreation room for kids, and enjoy the lovely beach.

Limited parking space can be an issue, especially during weekends.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a Spa & Wellness Centre, Sauna, and Outdoor Swimming pool. the Beach Access is phenomenal, and the Sun Terrace with Sun Loungers and the Garden Area add to the luxurious experience. the Full Body Massage and the Back Massage at the Spa Centre were amazing. the Staff was friendly and helpful, and the Special Diet Menus were a great touch. the location is great with many facilities within walking distance.

There was only one minor issue with the room as the Shower was a bit slippery. the In-room Breakfast was alright.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the sea and a nearby beach. The rooms are newly refurbished and offer a good standard of comfort. The bathroom doors and sliding doors add a touch of modernity to the room. the staff is helpful and friendly, with a particular mention to Nurul, who went above and beyond to assist guests.

There were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including wear and tear in the rooms and the presence of mold in the air conditioning vent.
